• This week is jam-packed with events, but the three Thanksgiving games and the inaugural Black Friday game make for a special schedule. Make sure to adjust your roster appropriately, as your fantasy lineups must be created by Thursday morning.

• The Houston Texans, who have been the NFL’s biggest story this season, will be Jacksonville’s next opponent. Despite throwing three interceptions this week, C.J. Stroud is still amazing and isn’t just the Offensive Rookie of the Year so far—he’s still in the running for MVP. With the Texans in the playoffs and one game ahead of the Jaguars for the top spot in the AFC South, Stroud has them. You can start him confidently the rest of the way because he is tied for second place in the NFL in passing yards (2,962) and has a touchdown-to-interception ratio of 17 to 5.

• We were already in a desperate situation at quarterback after a terrible series of injuries in series 11. Joe Burrow was the next person to be shut down on Thursday night, after Deshaun Watson. On Sunday, Geno Smith left the game but later came back. Smith’s speedy turnaround worries me because the Seahawks are one of the teams playing on Thanksgiving. Provide a fallback plan in case Smith is unable to attend on Thursday.

• De’Von Achane, Cooper Kupp, Aaron Jones, and Kenneth Walker are a few more players whose injuries need to be watched. Walker’s wound appears to Zach Charbonnet is a high-priority waiver addition this week since he appears to be the most serious. While their teammates are out, Charbonnet, AJ Dillon, and Puka Nacua all see increases in their ranks.

• Isaiah Likely takes over as the starting quarterback for the balance of the regular season when Mark Andrews is out. was probably productive when Andrews was sidelined the previous season, and I am more excited about his future than that of peripheral roster choices Luke Musgrave, Tyler Higbee, and Cade Otton.
