When will the NBA schedule be released?

The 2023–24 NBA schedule will be made public on Thursday, August 17.

the NBA announced the complete 2022–23 season schedule on August 17, 2022. The previous season’s reveal occurred on August 20, 2021, around the same time. The 2020–21 season’s schedule wasn’t released until much later in the year (Dec. 4, 2020), but that’s because the COVID–19 pandemic caused the season to begin in late December.
The NBA has disclosed a few crucial dates, though we don’t yet know each team’s whole schedule for the upcoming season:

Opening day of training camps for teams playing preseason games outside of North America is September 30.
The remaining teams’ training camp begins on October 3rd.
Oct. 5: Preseason begins.
Oct. 20: Preseason concludes
Oct. 24: The regular season in 2023–24 begins.
NBA In-Season Tournament kicks off on November 3rd.
NBA In-Season Tournament Semifinals on December 7
NBA In-Season Tournament Finals on December 9
NBA All-Star Weekend, February 16–18, 2024
2023–24 regular season concludes on April 14.
The 2023–24 season will begin six days later and end five days later than the previous season based on those dates.
